4 teaspoons of agar agar flakes
1/2 cup boiling water
1 honeydew melon peeled, seeded and chopped
1/4 cup loosely packed brown raw sugar (or 1 tbsp Nature Sweet Sugar Substitute)
1/2 cup orange juice
Pulp of 4 very ripe passionfruit
(GF, DF, NF, V)
Add agar agar flakes to the boiling water and simmer until it has dissolved, then place into a blender with the melon, sugar and orange juice and blend until smooth and frothy.
Transfer to a large serving bowl and fold in the passionfruit pulp.
Refrigerate until nearly set, then stir again and return to refrigerator until set.
